Utility‑scale renewable assets

Turstin Group has advised sponsors on long‑term financing for utility‑scale renewable portfolios, working alongside legal, technical, financial and market specialists. In one recent mandate, our work focused on sharpening the investment case, challenging key assumptions and aligning the structure with sustainability‑related obligations, while other advisors handled documentation and technical due diligence. This drew on our Valuation & Advisory, Sustainability Compliance and Project Execution support to keep decisions disciplined through to financial close.

Multi‑asset solar portfolio

Turstin Group has supported sponsors and lenders on portfolio‑level decisions for solar assets where several external advisors were involved. In a recent portfolio financing, we helped clarify the economic logic, support valuation judgements and shape the decision forums that would guide delivery once financing was agreed, while specialist advisors led on legal, technical and insurance work. The emphasis was on portfolio optimisation and project execution routines that made progress visible and manageable over time.

Multi‑stakeholder AI initiative

Turstin Group has advised organisations participating in multi‑stakeholder AI and sustainability initiatives that bring together policymakers, industry leaders, academic experts and civil society.
